Luis’ Butcher Shop is a continuation of a family tradition. Jose Rios started working at this location over twenty years ago under the name of Luis Meat Market. The family business flourished under his leadership and dedication to the community and customers alike. 

Today Luis’ Butcher Shop is run by Jose’s son Moises Rios-Hernandez. Moises was raised in Downey, served with the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Traditional values and determination are what keep this family business going.
