Our carne asada recipe has been a staple in our business for over twenty four years. This isn’t your typical carne asada, we use USDA Choice Certified Angus Beef only. The meat is marinated for a specific amount of time to impart flavor and enhance tenderness. The marinade we use is a blend of carefully selected herbs and spices. The end result is a juicy, flavorful, and tender steak that anyone can enjoy.

If you are not sure what you are looking for, we have resources available to help us find answers. For the clients who like to plan their meals ahead of time, we offer vacuum packing to ensure your meat stays fresh. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can help
